1. Controller and Contact
MediaConv is the product and brand name. The individual operator handles current public website pages and support messages.
The current public contact is support@mediaconv.net. Use email only for ordinary support, privacy, or rights questions and provide the minimum information necessary.
2. Information Processed
The current website has no account, checkout, upload, conversion, or subscription form and loads no application analytics or advertising script. Current processing is limited to support messages and Network and security data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, TLS and delivery information, and security signals processed by hosting and content-delivery/security infrastructure.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card or bank details, government identity documents, account credentials, private media, or unrelated personal information by email.
3. Application Media Processing
MediaConv is local-first media software and a client-side media application. Core media workflows, including playback, conversion, editing, local file handling, and device-to-device file movement, are designed to run on the user’s own device. For those workflows, media you select is processed on your own device. MediaConv does not receive, store, inspect, convert, or publish those media files. Local file handling does not create public download links.
If you open a URL, source, or third-party website from a Save Media workflow, your device connects directly to that source under the source’s own terms, privacy practices, access controls, and technical restrictions.
4. Payment Providers
Payment processing is not currently integrated on mediaconv.net. MediaConv does not receive or store full card numbers. The applicable payment provider may process payment details, billing information, fraud and risk signals, transaction identifiers, subscription status, refund records, and dispute information according to its own services and legal terms. MediaConv may later receive limited information needed to confirm a purchase, activate access, provide support, handle refunds, respond to disputes, and keep business records.
5. Storage, Security and Your Privacy Rights
The audited public pages set no MediaConv application cookie and load no analytics, advertising, or payment script. A session-only preference records when you dismiss the footer lawful-use notice. Technical log retention is determined by configured hosting and security services, and the support-message retention schedule and responsible owner have not yet been published. The public security layer may rewrite the displayed support-email link to reduce automated harvesting while keeping support@mediaconv.net as the published support address. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, or complaint. Send privacy questions to support@mediaconv.net. Any future non-local media-processing feature must be disclosed before it is offered.
